我觉得Claude Shannon（就是信息论那位大牛）的硕士论文足以秒杀计算机科学领域的所有其他论文。1938年的《A Symbolic Analysis of Relay and Switching Circuits》，证明了可以用电气开关来做布尔代数！他基本上等于在硕士论文里把数字计算机给发明出来了。
