我推荐莫里斯·克莱因（Morris Kline）关于数学及其与其他活动领域联系的那套书。都很棒，但我尤其喜欢《西方文化中的数学》（Mathematics in Western Culture）和《数学与物理世界》（Mathematics and the Physical World）。我知道数学并不等于科学，但既然数学是大部分科学以及许多其他领域的基础，读克莱因的书能让你对科学思想的演进有更深的理解。
